When you buy gifts from us at NamaGifts.com we want to make sure that you are 100% happy with the gifts you buy.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase – then we want to give you a refund where possible.

This page is about our Refund Policy and it is very important that you read it before you make a purchase.

Refund & Return Overview

Our refund and returns policy is designed to give you a cooling-off period BEFORE we deliver your gift(s) to you.

We have a “no questions” asked – 100% refund cooling-off period – in the first 48 hours after your purchase.

In this first 48 hours we start the registration process of your title and land – but after this initial cooling-off period, we start in earnest with the delivery process. During this time we will make contact with you to keep you updated on the progress we make.  During this period – from 48 hours to 100 hours you can still ask for a 50% refund.

But at 101 hours no re-funds can be made further. 

Here is why:

In 99.9% of all purchases, gifts are delivered digitally – which means that once you have download your gift pack(s),  there cannot be any actual “return” of the goods [gift packs] we delivered – and thus no refunds.

It is for this reason that we use the re-fund policy above. Our clients find it a very fair and appropriate refund policy. In fact – we hardly ever receive refund requests because we do our upmost to insure our clients are 100% happy.

Hard Copies

It is true that we also deliver hard copies of our gift packs – and our clients pay extra premiums for those hard copies – AND they pay for the couriers fees.

But clients ALWAYS get digital copies of their entire gift pack FIRST – far earlier that the hard copies.

In any rate – orders for “Hard Copies” usually only happens after digital deliveries were made.

It is thus only on hard-copy orders that we give a 100% Money Back Guarantee. This is a full 31-Day guarantee to give you enough time to check your gift pack and the quality of the printing and presentation of your package.

If you are not 100% satisfied with the quality of your order – please return the fiscal product [entire gift package] to us within 31 days of the date you placed your order online.

When we receive your package back in a good condition – we will do a refund.

Please note that we can unfortunately not refund couriers fees, postage fees, or package material.

It is highly advisable that you contact is BEFORE you request a refund – specially designed and personally engraved items of gifts cannot be exchanged or refunded unless we made a mistake with the design layout.
