The Delivery Process

We want to do our upmost to insure that the gift you buy exceeds all your expectations.

Whether you buy it for a friend, for a family member or just for someone you care about a lot, we want this to be the best gift they will ever receive!

To achieve this goal you can help us by giving us all the information necessary to make the delivery as quickly, as smoothly and as perfect as possible.

Here are the steps we follow to ensure everything goes according to plan:

Step One: The Online Buying Process:

  • Add gift to cart.
  • Go to checkout
  • Complete checkout form: Your name, country, email and mobile phone (optional).
  • Secure Payment with PayPal or card.
  • Will get automatically be re-directed to a Thank You and Download page.

Step Two: The Preparation Process:

  • From this Thank You Page: You will be asked to complete an shot online form; give details of the person(s), couple or family you bought the gift for. This includes all names to personalize the delivery documents perfectly.
  • Provide any other information that you think we would need.

Step Three: The Delivery Process:

While we are busy preparing your gift pack, you will receive updates on the progress we make as well as a final delivery date. You will get all this via email AND from the delivery platform.

Here are the delivery steps:

Step 1: We will allocate and register a Plot & Title in the name of the new owner(s) as you have provided on the form.

Step 2: Two or three photos of the new owners’ plot will be taken. These photos will be used in the delivery documents

Step 3: All the certificates and other documents inside the gift pack will be personalized in the new owner’s name.

Step 4: A secure HUB PAGE will be created for the new owner inside the VIP Members area. YOU [the purchaser] will have access to this HUB PAGE first. As soon as your gift pack is ready for delivery, all the documents inside the gift pack will be uploaded to this secure HUB PAGE.

Step 5: From this new HUB Page you will be able to download the entire Gift Pack – we will let you know via email when it is ready for download.

Step 6: You will receive a URL, User Name & Password to access this HUB PAGE. Once delivered, our job is nearly done. From this point forward, it is your chance to “take the wheel”.

Step 7: Please download the entire gift pack from the HUB PAGE – it consists of three ZIP Files. Check to make sure we issued the certificates and all other documents in the right person’s name(s) as you requested. Contact us urgently if there are any mistakes or errors made – we will fix them immediately.

Step 8: If you bought this package for someone as a gift and would like to deliver it as a fiscal product (gift) personally, then we have a few suggestions or recommendations that work very well.

  1. Print everything in the gift pack on high quality paper – in color.
  2. If you don’t have the equipment to do it yourself, put the files on a memory stick and take it to your local printing shop – ask them to print everything for you on quality paper.
  3. Buy a pocket sleeve folder (10 sleeves) from your local stationary outlet and package the entire gift pack in the folder. Prepare into a nice and stunning personal gift.


Last Note: You will see on the VIP Members Card [Page 6 of the gift pack] is the secure HUB PAGE: User Name and Password. This will give the owners access to everything in the gift pack – in digital format obviously – for download. You can thus use the special “Gift Pack Card” to deliver this gift pack digitally if you like.

LASTLY: Keep an eye on your email inbox for the progress we make and a final delivery date.
