We offer a full money-back guarantee for all purchases made on our website.

If you are not satisfied with the product that you have purchased from us, you can get your money back, or a portion as described below.

Due to the nature of our business and products we sell, all items are delivered digitally and once delivered and downloaded by you it can’t be returned. All products we sell are personalized and that makes the delivery process extremely expensive for us.

Therefor, refunds work in 3 ways/steps:

1. Cooling Off Period One: You are eligible for a full 100% reimbursement within 72 hours [3 calendar days] of your purchase. We may decide not to start the delivery possess within this first cooling off period unless you wave these terms.
2. Cooling Off Period Two: You are eligible for a full 70% reimbursement within 7 calendar days of your purchase whether your package was delivered or not.
3. Cooling Off Period Three: You are eligible for a full 50% reimbursement within 14 calendar days of your purchase whether your package was delivered or not.

After the 14-day period you will no longer be eligible and won’t be able to receive a refund.

We encourage our customers to download the products (GIFT PACKAGES) they bought immediately on delivery and make sure that they are happy with their purchase.

For the record; to date our refund percentage stands on ZERO.
